Payments & Fees

Payment for all services are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.

Most health insurance plans consider international travel an elective activity and provide no or poor coverage for pre-travel preventative medicine. Courthouse Travel Clinic does NOT participate in ANY insurance plan. You will be provided with a copy of your medical records and an invoice at the conclusion of your visit.

Patients may contact insurance providers directly about reimbursement. Because of HIPPA privacy regulations, we cannot discuss your medical information with insurance companies or other third parties.
